A divorce is a dissolution of a partnership. Learn from a veteran the art of dissolving this emotional partnership with compassion and efficiency.

The Course will provide an overview of the topics one is most likely to encounter in handling a simple divorce, including: 1) client management; 2) assembling of information; 3) file management; 4) children’s issues; 5) support of children; 6) spousal support; 7) property valuation and disposition; 8) discovery; 9) the use of mediation and negotiation to resolve your case; and 10) basic trial preparation.
